Becoming a member
Below you will find a description of the requirements and process of CESSI membership for a company/professional or as a legal entity.
BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONALS
Those individuals and/or legal entities that would like to become members of the Cámara de Empresas de Software y Servicios Informáticos de Argentina (CESSI), must fulfill the following requirements:

The person or social entity should have as its primary objective to develop software or to provide information services.

Should be legally registered and recognized in Argentina.
How to register a company or professional

Complete the registration form “Formulario de Asociación a CESSI”.

Email the form to socios@cessi.org.ar.

Mail in a closed envelope the necessary additional information to the following address: Marcelo T. de Alvear 636 4˚ piso (1058), Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

The registration form and additional documentation will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for approval.

If the company or professional application is approved, the applicant will be notified by letter welcoming them into the association, and subsequently their information will be uploaded into CESSI’s member database which will allow the new member access to member benefits.

Additional Requirements
For corporations (Sociedad Anónima), you must present:
- Photocopy of the articles of incorporation.
- Photocopy of the board meeting minutes where founding board was nominated.
- Photocopy of the board meeting minutes where board roles were distributed.
For a limited liability company (LLC), you must present:
- Photocopy of the articles of incorporation with proof of registration in the corresponding Public Commerce Registry or chamber.
In both cases, proof or certification from a client receiving services from the company is also required.

ENTITIES
Business entities or associations formally registered in Argentina gathering together companies related to the Argentine Information Technology Industry may also register to become members of CESSI.
How to register a business entity

Complete Affiliate Registration Form.

E-mail the Affiliate Registration form to socios@cessi.org.ar.

Mail in a closed envelope the necessary additional information to the following address: Marcelo T. de Alvear 636 4˚ piso (1058), Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Additional Requirements:
For entities with formal and legal representation, you must present:
- Letter requesting membership to CESSI, signed by the 3 highest company authorities
- Current list of the companies that comprise the business entity upon registration with CESSI
- Documentation accrediting the formal representation of the entity and the powers delegated to its representatives.
For entities without formal and legal registration, you must present:
- Letter requesting membership to CESSI signed by the appropriate authorities of 3 designated delegate companies
- Current list of the companies that comprise the business entity upon registration with CESSI
